How should I introduce a new formula?

Follow the directions on the product page and packaging. Introduce one new product at a time and patch test before wider use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Why does the appearance of a botanical oil vary?

Natural oils can vary subtly in color, aroma, and texture from one batch to another. Store products closed, upright, and away from direct heat and sunlight, and always follow the product-specific storage guidance.

Do you use glass packaging?

Our core oil and liquid skincare presentation uses clear glass selected to support the restrained UTSUKUSHIISIAR design language. Individual product pages identify the package and size for each item.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $125 or more. Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any approved refund or return credit is issued as UTSUKUSHIISIAR store credit only; we do not refund the original payment method except where required by applicable law.
